Our partner ’s Shared Services is an internal service provider, delivering end-to-end Information Services (IS), Information Technology (IT) and Financial Shared Services (FSS) to locations globally. Is a true multinational organization with more than 400 employees located in 20 countries with one common goal; provide the best services to clients.

The Segregation of Duty expert will support management in providing reports on Segregation of Duty (SOD) conflicts, follow up and resolve SOD issues with location and IT support, support entities during migration to ensure SOD compliance, handle User Access management approvals when providing new roles, and lead the role management process. This role ensures accuracy and competence in SOD area including the approval of role changes and assignment.

• Ownership of the support, control activities of the SOD area

• Establish a testing process to follow up conflicts

• Improve SAP solution on SOD area

• Provide support in implementing locations to SAP and identify relevant roles

• Participate in the review of SOD policy to ensure compliance with the corporate requirements

• Coordinate the user management process with local IT, review of request and approvals

• Coordinate external/internal audits related to User Management and SOD


• Experience at multinational companies with global presence – preferably Shared Services

• 3+ years experience in finance / accounting / IT

• 3+ years of experience with integrated SAP software

• BA in business administration or IT

• Knowledge of finance functions, organizational systems and information systems of global corporations and shared services in specific

• Fluency in English is a must (verbal, written)

• Good managing, initiation, problem solving and communication skills

• Project management skills for introducing improvements is preferred

• Presentation and communication skills and ability to understand the customer needs

• Good business/compliance/ audit knowledge

• Good communicator, outgoing personality

• Accuracy, self-sufficiency and willingness to travel
