SwiconGroup employs the most Project Managers in Hungary today. Through its Headhunting and Resource Management branch (called SwiconJobs) the company offers rock-solid PM expertise to its multinational clients. Through the successful collaboration with our partners we could grow the size of our multilanguage PM pool almost by 400% within the past 5 years. Currently 85 Project Managers are coordinating local, regional and global digital activities for our business partners.

Within our services we are offering a variety of PM seniority levels, as well as skillsets based on industry standard PM-methodologies (PMP, Prince2, etc.). SwiconGroup is also committed to supporting the new generation of PMs, in addition to sustaining and strengthening the generic PM culture.

SMART headhunting

This service offers effective and reliable solutions to those of our Customers, whose main priority contains speed and cost.

Main features:

  • Preparation of a detailed description of the position: mapping of position, personal and professional requirement profile, and allowance package.
  • We provide targeted, direct searching on multiple channels of communication, with discretion and creativity. We make sure to introduce the position to the candidates whom we find to be possibly suitable.
  • After selecting the suitable candidates, and organize a personal interview. We check the existence of the personal and professional requirements (experience, language knowledge), the salary expectation, and ask for references.
  • Introduction of the selected candidates (5/position): Resume and a brief summary.

Headhunting

Our classic headhunting service offers solutions to those of our Customers, who wish to have professional assistance in finding the perfect colleague, and guaranteed success.

  • Preparation of a detailed description of the position: mapping of position, personal and professional requirement profile, and allowance package.
  • We provide targeted, direct searching on multiple channels of communication, with discretion and creativity. We make sure to introduce the position to the candidates whom we find to be suitable.
