A P2P Specialist purpose includes: becoming a role model for the team. It includes having end-to-end responsibility over the process, process documentation, reporting and the project coordination. Invoice processing, problematic query management, root cause analysis and process improvement are also important parts of this role. The position also includes coaching, training and supporting Analysts and working closely to the Team Leader.

What you will do:

  • Support reporting and month end closing related activities. Prepare root cause analysis on KPI achievements, problematic vendors, show trends and make ideas for process improvements,
  • Coordinate workload split within the team and ensure timeliness and quality of team performance,
  • Support, coach, coordinate team members and provide them improvement suggestions,
  • Hold trainings for new team members,
  • Take incoming complex vendor and local market emails or calls from the Spanish side and its partners, then take ownership of end to end issue resolution including root cause analysis. Prevent queries, resolve issue’s root causes to avoid reoccurrence,
  • Support the team on complex queries,
  • Ensure coordination with all departments to enable timely payment of vendor invoices,
  • Check documents to ensure that invoices are properly meeting country specific tax and legal requirement.


  • Fluency in Spanish is and advantage and upper-intermediate English skills are a must,
  • 2+ years of experience gained on the field of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, or in any other Accountant role,
  • Experience gained in a shared service environment is a huge advantage,
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge,
  • SAP knowledge is a huge advantage,
  • Advanced problem solving and effective communication skills,
  • Proactive, self-starter personality with a customer service attitude,
  • Ability to work as an individual and as a team member, too.
