Third Party Management Analyst

  • Gain knowledge and understanding of Third Party Management requirements (TPM Policy and related procedures)
  • Collaborate with and provide support to the Business Activity Owners (BAO) across all CRS third party relationships in EMEA
  • Complete in a timely manner Third Party Management program requirement, including:
  • Pre-contract due diligence activities (TP-RAPs, CASP registration, Compliance Assessments, Exit strategy, CBDC, etc.)
  • Ongoing monitoring controls (TP-RAP, Compliance Assessment, Exit Strategy, TPISA, HRMP, Subcontractor Reliance, Insurance Coverage, etc)
  • Work towards timely closure of identified gaps as related to TPM activities
  • Create/Update/Inactivate CRS EMEA Third Parties’ records in CASP as well as in other systems; ensure consistency in data
  • Identify contracts coming due for renewal and partner with the Business Activity Owner to start the renewal process
  • Quarterly review of CASP Compliance report to verify that all Third parties whom CRS paid are registered in CASP or other means of approval exists
  • Maintain central depository of artefacts on completed TPM due diligence and ongoing monitoring activities
  • Interact with TPO / BAO Community and Sourcing for sharing of best practices and coordination of services
  • Complete all tasks in connection with the organization’s activity but not detailed in the current job description, charged by the direct manager, supervisor, or the functional head.


  • University level degree
  • Fluent english (oral and written)
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Ability to interact with various levels of management, including senior management, in a professional manner
  • Strong presentation, and documentation skills
  • Expert in multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing a must
  • Proactive and anticipatory
  • Professional presence and ability to engage with internal and external constituent
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced PowerPoint skills desirable
