Right now they are searching for a

1st Line Customer Support Technician.

Pozíció leírás

• Handling queries from internal and external customers

• Owning, driving, communicating, updating and proactively representing company in all domains of activities

• Manage supplier activities (e.g. really driving/escalating 3rd party agents to dispatch and repair faults to meet our service level agreements)

• Provide process improvement input wherever possible

• May do proactive jeopardy management

• Conduct 1st Line troubleshooting across network technologies(Cisco and Juniper platforms).


  • Previous experience working directly with customer service in a global environment is an advantage
  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a must
  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
  • Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must

Soft skills:

  • Great stress management skills is a must

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level
  • French on a fluent level is an advantage
  • German on a fluent level is an advantage
  • Italian on a fluent level is an advantage
  • Spanish on a fluent level is an advantage
