On behalf of our partner company we are looking for an ambitious candidate to cover the Automation Governance Intermediate Analyst role.

Role : Automation Governance Intermediate Analyst

Pozíció leírás

  • Support the establishment, prioritization and monitoring of Automation Portfolio via reporting and analitics, in partnership with global teams (SysOps, PSI, MPS, Metrics and Analytics) and our technology (CATE) and business partners.
  • Support the establishment and maintenance of various weekly, monthly and quarterly governance reports, that facilitate prioritization, benefit validation and portfolio monitoring.
  • Lead process deep-dives and analyse results that facilitate Opportunities Identification for increasing the Automation Portfolio.
  • Present, facilitate and lead portfolio updates; perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to validate portfolio status, setting forth progress, trends and appropriate recommendations and conclusions.
  • Identify and assist with implementing tools as needed, to improve existing reporting, portfolio tracking and capacity reporting methods
  • Develop procedures and other manuals, training guides. Perform training as needed.
  • Contribute to communication plans regarding automation efforts, portfolio status and business engagement.
  • Deliver and contribute to automation governance tasks and projects within scope and on time.
  • Liaising with multiple departments and provide support on an ad-hoc basis (inquiries, etc.).
  • Analyse data quality, investigate data quality improvement possibilities.

Elvárások

  • Bachelor/Masters Degree
  • 3+ years of related professional experience in reporting, analytics and/project management with diverse experience across the Shared Services industry, functions and/or businesses.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent use of discretion and judgment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Power Point.
  • Strong proficiency in Sharepoint 2013.
  • Resilient and highly responsive in overcoming adversity.
  • Developed communication and ability to persuade and influence.
  • Excellent English language skills (both verbal and written).
  • Excellent research, analytical, organizational, time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, relationship development and prioritization skills.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent use of discretion and judgment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; ability to multi-task & appropriately prioritize tasks.
  • Optimistic and can-do attitude.
