  • The Delivery PM will be reporting progress and agreeing compliance with whichever contract change process is being followed (if applicable) to ensure timely compliance for the CCRP to schedule as many change windows as effectively and possible
  • You will be responsible for logging, classifying, managing the change approval, and co-ordinating with the PMO, and contract/customer the implementation and quality closure of a replacement of a device. You will be expected to record and actively promote lessons learned as the programme progresses into full rollout. These will need to be regularly updated and shared with the wider delivery team and PMO
  • You will act as the first point of escalation when a change is failed or cancelled. (This will be notified to them by the project co-ordinators running each of the change windows).
  • You will be required to provide regular reports to the PMO, Regional leads and other management
  • You will be expected manage risks and issues appropriate and escalate with mitigation strategies to the Regional leads
  • You will be expected to ensure that the full lifecycle of the Cisco RMA is adhered to from order placement to return of the faulty device, as detailed in the CCRP delivery process
  • You will be expected to complete ad-hoc activities in order to validate missing information in the inventory
  • You will be expected to add, maintain and keep accurate the information attained during the inventory cleanse / capture process

  • English on a fluent level
