  • You will be the Knowledge Management lead on one of company’s large customer contracts working closely with the staff and other departments.
  • You’ll be managing knowledge, coordinating and implementing knowledge changes, ensuring that changes and updates are documented and communicated to the knowledge users.
  • You’ll act as a contact regarding day to day knowledge management related enquiries and be responsible for managing and maintaining the knowledge database in a clear, consistent and understandable manner.
  • You’ll be supporting the development, implementation and in-life management of work instructions and procedures.
  • You’ll be responsible for working with co. and Customer stakeholders and interacting with co. teams to document and display data stored in the Knowledge Base.
  • It will be your role to ensure that the required people are engaged in the data collection, validation and review process, and all knowledge changes are implemented according to the knowledge management change control process.
  • You will be managing the Knowledge management tool and use it for content publication to knowledge users.
  • Could be responsible for direct line managing of KM analyst and indirectly manage people to deliver specific tasks or projects.


  • Demonstrated competence in Knowledge Management is a must
  • Sound knowledge of ITIL standards is an advantage
  • Adobe RoboHelp experience is an advantage
  • Sharepoint 2013 is an advantage
  • Team leadership experience is an advantage

Soft skills:

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service is a must
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals is a must
  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience is a must
  • Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must
