Lead Service Designer

  • You will be accountable for the end-to-end service design and leading the Service Design workstream activity for various large, complex deals in pre-sales phase
  • As role holder you will be working collaboratively across lines of business, with external suppliers and partners to create innovative solutions
  • You will need to ensure that solutions are aligned with the overall deal strategy and with the business outcomes that the company and clients are trying to achieve
  • You’ll ensure that solutions are aligned with the relevant governance, compliance & assurance processes
  • You will make sure that the solution costs accurately reflect the approved solution design
  • You will ensure that delivery plans align with the solution design and that any key delivery risks are highlighted & understood
  • You’ll have responsibility for all aspects of the end-to-end Service Design with a demonstrable level of expertise and capability


  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements is a must
  • Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation is a must
  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision is a must
  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation is a must
  • Customer Facing experience is a must
  • 7+ years experience in IT (Service Desk, Service Management, etc roles) is a must
  • ITIL is an advantage
  • Strong English language skill
