Cisco Network Support – Level 2

Pozíció leírás

  • being personally responsible for delivering brilliant service interactions, excellent customer handling and communication with our customers
  • logging actions taken by the Service Desk and other related parties assisting with the resolution process into the appropriate Incident Management System for record and auditing purposes
  • owning, driving, communicating, updating and proactively representing company in all domains of activities
  • providing 2nd level technical problem analysis and resolution of client issues with the aid of available Service Desk Tools
  • proactively escalating internally whenever technical analysis is halted or in cause of major outage
  • working on the Service Desk and answering and you’ll be pro-actively making calls to resolve customer issues


  • CCNA or equivalent knowledge
  • WLAN and/or VoIP is an advantage
  • IT Service Desk experience is an advantage

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements
  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals
