Training Manager

  • Demonstrating to understand of learning theories
  • Keeping training industry knowledge up-to-date, building and widening expertise
  • Close cooperation with the company’s Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to align the training delivery with co.’s global and local requirements
  • Harmonizing global and local L&D expectations to give overall support in the L&D area
  • Contributing to the development of co.’s global learning solutions and its local implementation
  • Creating new high quality and innovative approaches in design and delivery to add value to existing co.’s Academy/classroom trainings (this should maximise the use of technology and up-to-date solutions)
  • Promoting online learning and blended learning activities
  • Establishing & developing effective relationships with in-house teams, operational stakeholders and subject matter experts in a fast paced environment
  • Coordinating local voluntary trainer and L&D communities
  • Developing and maintaining training materials
  • Ensuring all appropriate documentation is developed and in place to support training efforts (e.g. one pagers, handouts, reports)
  • Generating insight from data and generating action plans from data insights
  • Proactively identifying and highlighting any changes to the original scope of requirements, ensuring timescales & expectations are met and fully communicated to key stakeholders


  • 3-5 years of experience in L&D project
  • Typically Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Trainer or L&D Certificate is an advantage is an advantage
  • Experience in programme execution is an advantage

  • Focusing on the objectives and the required outcomes of the processes during delivering a service
  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group settings to achieve common goals
  • The ability to convey information to someone effectively and efficiently while creating a good first impression and engaging the audience
  • Taking the responsibility and takes care of the consequences of making a decision
  • Acting in advance of a future situation, e.g. making things happen, putting energy to solve the situation
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
  • Actively manage own time and highlight and identify potential solutions to issues

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level
