Labour Administration Specialist

Pozíció leírás

  • Manage monthly payroll with external payroll partner
  • Holiday and absence registration
  • Provide on-site payroll support to employees
  • Continuous update of HR database and personnel records including personnel files
  • Perform tasks relating to salary reviews and bonuses
  • Prepare statistics and reports
  • Cooperate with other HR units and departments
  • Liaise with team leaders and professionals
  • Maintain contact with affiliates

Elvárások

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HR (preferably in labour)
  • College/university degree
  • Great communication skills both in writing and speaking
  • Active command of English (both oral and written) (will be tested)
  • Good command of Microsoft office tools, especially Word and Excel (will be tested)
  • Reliability, independence, ability to cope with heavy workload, monotony-tolerance, precision
  • Result-driven approach, focus on customer support
  • System-centric and analytical approach, ability and willingness to work in a great team
  • Experience in Microsoft Navision is preferred
