Pozíció leírás

As a Recruiter you will take ownership and responsibility for driving the day-to-day recruitment process from sourcing candidates to helping the business to select the best candidate. You will be in close cooperation with business managers, recruitment agencies and other members of the HR team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment projects for various business areas
  • Keep close cooperation with business managers, advise them on recruitment related areas
  • Sourcing through different channels, ensure candidate pool
  • Organize and conduct interviews
  • Negotiate offer details, create and extend offer letters, initiate the onboarding process
  • Manage and update information in recruitment management and other internal systems


  • 3-5 years experience in Recruitment, HR or other relevant area,
  • Strong interviewing skills,
  • Fluent English language knowledge,
  • Experience in IT recruitment
  • Basic understanding of software development process and programming languages
