We are in the hunt for:

English Speaking Service Desk Associate – On Call

The team responsibilities revolve technical issues all around the world followed by the subsequent activities required to drive resolution.


Pozíció leírás

  • Providing Level 1 support & first-time resolution whenever possible,
  • Dealing with issues being reported by the VGE customer’s helpdesk,
  • Processing tickets & orders in the relevant service support systems,
  • Working with greater independence and possess bigger authority and knowledge to solve problems,
  • Taking ownership of incidents or escalations, including follow up & partner liaison,
  • Taking ownership for the resolution of an issue (order, ticket) through its lifecycle,
  • Contribute actively to service improvement initiatives.

Elvárások

  • Strong English knowledge,
  • Experience in a customer-facing or support function role in a multinational environment is required,
  • Good technical & IT knowledge or great interest about the area,
  • Proactive, self-starter personality,
  • Ability to work on call one week per month.
