We are in the hunt for:

System Support Analyst

In this role you will be the member of the Programme Management Office (PMO) team in Enterprise Management, within the Centre of Excellence. As a PMO Analyst you will be providing PMO capabilities including portfolio management and assurance across the Centre of Excellence and GECO within a framework. You will be responsible for cross-functional operational support within a team managing Planview (Project and portfolio tool) and responsibility for operational support for travel approval tool (TREV) across Enterprise user base.

What you will do:

  • Work as part of a support team to configure data requirements in Planview for users,
  • Support the creation and development of materials to be used by PMO and GECO,
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining the configuration management of portals and tools under PMO control, ensuring that all portal materials are relevant and up to date in all related areas,
  • Manage operational activities to maintain business systems and publication of scheduled reporting such as month-end,
  • Configure new functionality within business tools and work with 3rd party delivery of new functionality,
  • Provide training to new users of business systems and ongoing training to existing users on new functionalities,
  • Responsible for GDPR non-compliance reporting in respect of Planview and the the Demand Portal live/complete entries post,
  • Support the evolution and development of PMO tooling (including: Planview, TREV, Sharepoint) including suppliers and virtual teams that support the tooling as well as any necessary “day to day” activities to ensure a smooth operating process.

  • ITIL knowledge is a nice to have.
