PMO Specialist for Processes and Robotics

Pozíció leírás

Purpose: Support the Processes & Robotics team in project management tasks including controlling and reporting of project progress status. Performs overall planning process activities for the assigned project. Is responsible for analyses, simulation models, tools and templates to support planning.

Acts part time as Executive Assistant for the Head of Processes and Robotics and supports the team with administrative tasks (max 30% of the time)

Main responsibility areas:

  • Takes full accountability and ownership of executing assigned tasks
  • Performs day-to-day activates to meet project objectives. Requires immoderate supervision. Applies commonly recognized concepts within their field of expertise. Shares knowledge with less experienced peers or have high collegial interaction. Raises innovative ideas.
  • Variety of complex tasks within area of responsibility, demonstrates initiative & contributes to problem solving. Acts with independence and discretion in routine matters. Makes decisions that affect own work.
  • Accountable for quality, accuracy and efficiency.
  • Supports Processes and Robotics team with day to day administrative tasks (e.g. arranging travel, creating expense claims, organizing meetings)

Job Description:

  • Manages and continuously improves the reporting process, analyses the results available to support decision makers.
  • Supports and challenges the organization in related project financial and business performance related issues

Elvárások

  • 2 years Project Management or Business Analyst experience or 2-4 years overall professional experience.
  • Experience on financial metrics, data analysis, data correlation
  • Strong Excel skills using complex functions. Preferably knowledge on Excel macros
  • Capable to manage large amount of data
  • Structured way of working
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Ability to work in cross functional organization
