Sales and Key Account Manager

Pozíció leírás

• Proactively and profitably manage key client accounts

• Deliver client feedback to internal stakeholders in order to enhance service provision and drive product development

• Anticipate client needs, propose and provide comprehensive solutions

• Manage contracts and pricing negotiations

• Find new markets and prospect clients in target areas

• Promote and sell group banking products to existing clients

• Explore cross selling opportunities for products and third party products in Hungary


• Deep understanding and professionally applied knowledge of retail banking

• Familiarity with consumer finance, loan management, credit risk management and/or risk scorecards

• Fluency in English. Additional languages, particularly Russian, would be an asset

• General understanding of IT and Project Management

• Sales orientation with strong influencing skills to gain trust and negotiate effectively

• Customer focus

• Demonstrable ability to develop a professional working relationship at all levels

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Ability to work individually and as part of a team

• Willingness to travel

• At ease with working in an international environment.
